Dopamine supplement D1, D2, D3 deficiency has implication in the Psychological traumas of Depression and the trauma of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Waking up in the morning and feeling like the spark has left your life could be due to a Dopamine deficiency. This brain neurochemical is considered as the motivation chemical. Understanding how Dopamine works are the key to taking control of many Psychological conditions of mental health, such as the trauma of Depression and ADHD. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that gives a feel good factor and is involved in all drug addictions as well. Dopamine is an Endorphin and so works within the Parasympathetic nervous system that controls breathing. Sighing when you have the trauma of Depression is because the lungs and heart have an Endorphin dysfunction due to Dopamine. It is called the motivation molecule because it provides drive and focus. Drive and a lack of Dopamine is a major cause of the Psychological trauma of Depression. And the trauma of Depression goes hand in hand at times with Psychological Anxiousness where the thoughts lose focus on everyday issues. Instead, a Psychological Anxiousness revolves around the trauma of Depression and Depressive issues due to this lack of cognitive focus on daily life activities. Dopamine also controls as a neurotransmitter mood, sleep, concentration and peripheral Motor Control of the Central Nervous System.
Dopamine is crucial to motivation which many people with the trauma of Depression suffer. When satisfaction is achieved the brain releases Dopamine. Dopamine also has an inclination towards the motivation to eat and survive, hence a lack of nutritional sources being sought by mental health issues with Depression. Experiencing low levels of Dopamine can be re-enhancement via food sources. The Amino Acid Tyrosine that is available in energy drinks is the precursor (before) to Dopamine. Phenylalanine from lemon juice is the Amino Acid that converts to Tyrosine. Virtually all animal products including dairy products and fish – if you are not vegan are good sources of Phenylalanine and Tyrosine.
Depression is usually thought to be the cause of a lacking of the neurotransmitter Serotonin. This explains why only 40% of people with the Psychological trauma of Depression treated with Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors are not successfully treated with them and that is because of low Psychological levels of the neurotransmitter Dopamine. Both of these neurochemicals are mood-boosting chemicals. There is growing evidence that Dopamine is also the cause of Depressive Psychological mental health disorders. Bupropion (Wellbutrin) is an Antidepressant that is used by Psychological workers to treat the cause of low Dopamine levels and that have not been helped by people suffering from Serotonin problems. Differences have been seen in the Psychological conditions shown between Serotonin dysfunctions and low Dopamine levels. The Psychologically traumatic Depression suffered by people expresses itself as a lack of enjoyment, while Serotonin dysfunctions in people show as Psychological Anxiety issues as well.
