However, I use the term to describe the body as well via its use of biological chemistry as responses to neurons in the brain via hormones in the blood. That hormone is cortisol. This chemistry then discussed as emotional thought stressors in the prefrontal cortex of decision-making of doubt and worry.
Plasticity also relates to the body language of emotions and feelings via the hormonal chemistry involved in the functioning of the body/brain barrier of the completing of the biological organism. This organism that is your body has nerve cells that are the building blocks of simultaneous interaction in the body/brain barrier. This I discuss as plasticity of hormonal growth of body mentalist attitudes.
This body/brain barrier controls emotions and feelings via hormones and neurons of a biological growth harmony of plasticity. Neurons are within the brain and signal hormones to the body. Cortisol signals the brain. Emotions are a bodily process of hormones and feelings are made in the body/brain barrier, via the sympathetic nerve in the ‘fight or flight’ response.
The heuristic technique is a mental short cut. This, allowing you to solve your problems and then make judgements within yourself efficiently and quick and emotions, feelings and negative doubtful worrying. These are what are revolved around the worrying doubtful negative thoughts that can intrude on your daily work and social gatherings. These are rules-of-thumb strategies, that allow you to short-circuit your negative decision-making time. This allows you functioning methods without the need to constantly stop to think about the next plan of action via ‘ignorance’ of body language processes.
