Frustration and Serotonin: the feel good factor of 5-HTP.

Frustration is a set of Neurochemical feelings that relay from the Parasympathetic nerve as wordless feelings. This can have you huffing frustration and eventually sighing that either: leads to alleviation or if the cranial nerves in the facial muscles start to conform then; a Facial Conformity Disorder of mental Depression or bad mood swings can form.

Frustration can form thoughts as well and this is via the Sympathetic nerve. Both these nerves form a loop between the body/brain barrier. So when body language becomes frustration it can affects Neurochemical releases in the brain, causing chemical imbalances between these two nerves. This is when mental health can become an issue and medicament may be needed.

Medication such as supplements can be used that treat severe anxiousness which is the feelings of frustration in the body/brain barrier. 5-HTP and Lipoic Acid are two such supplements that can treat feelings of frustration due to chronic anxious thoughts and or feelings.

When frustration gets the better of you breathing exercises can help alleviate the condition as this takes you into Rest and Digest and the Ignorance of loud thoughtless breath.

Rest and Digest and Ignorance are part of the Parasympathetic nerve that breathing then causes a calming effect on the frustrated body/brain barrier. In the Harmony of these two nerves the Sympathetic nerve is the Fight or Flight zone where Disassociation to thoughts and feelings cannot be resolved. Thoughtful frustration is where the Parasympathetic harmony does not cause the Ignorance that balances the Sympathetic nerves. So saying Fight or Flight is caused in the negotiation of body language and communication with other people.

Feelings of frustration can become a Psychosocial public interaction in the tones of the Buzzing crowd. This is where feelings can become nagging thoughtfulness. It is where you lose concentration on the harmony of these two nerves and so causing your negotiation skills of Body mentalist attitudes to become frustrated.

As I have said huffing can alleviate the condition in negotiation with the Psychosocial sublime crowd’s interaction of Buzzed noises. The Psychosocial Buzz is the combination of both noises and verbal communication that mixes together to form a harmonic noise. It is when you walk into somewhere knowing it will be a good night or day due to the vibes in that Buzzed noise. But also this Buzz can cause you triggers of a placebo affect where the huffing becomes a sigh. This can then lead to mental depression in the chemical imbalance caused to the Medulla Oblongata in the brain where these two nerves reside.

Thoughtful frustration can be treated with a Counsellor via Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It can also treat feelings of frustration via body language skills that a trained Counsellor would alleviate as a body mentalist. This is achieved via skilled notions that remove body notions where these feelings lead to triggers of Neurochemical imbalances. And so restabilising the body/brain barrier of the Parasympathetic and Sympathetic nerves Neurochemical imbalance.

Commonly many people think of serotonin as the “feel-good” Neurochemical. It is the most widely distributed of the Neurochemical neurotransmitters in the brain. Serotonin regulates a vast array of psychological and biological functions, including mood, sleep, arousal and appetite. It is also the Decision maker and low levels in the brain can cause frustration as well.

Researchers at Cambridge University and UCLA have found serotonin also displays a very critical role in regulating emotions such as impulsive aggression and frustration during social decision making. These decision making negotiations are from the Parasympathetic and Sympathetic nerves and the Amygdala controls the emotional aspect in Impulsive aggression – but also emotional frustration. It is the tendency to respond with hostility or aggression when faced with serious frustration. This is due to the Sympathetic nerve system of Fight.

These researchers believe their results suggest that serotonin plays a critical role in social decision making by normally keeping frustrated emotional decision making of sublime Psychosocial Neurochemical responses in check. This is the harmony of the way of these two nerves where Disassociation and Ignorance is spread via Psychosocial sublime interaction from your body mentalists communication skills. That being both verbally and via body language and the amount of control you show in the Sympathetic Fight negotiations of Parasympathetic Ignorance.

By manipulating the dietary intake, the researchers were able to lower serotonin levels in the brains of the healthy volunteers. Tryptophan, the essential amino acid necessary for the body to produce serotonin, can be obtained only through dietary intake. Twenty healthy volunteers fasted overnight and were then given a protein drink, receiving drinks with tryptophan one day and without it the continuing day. The supplement 5-HTP helps promote Serotonin via 5-Hydroxytryptophan.

The Ultimatum Game

On both days, the study participants played the “Ultimatum Game,” in which one player poses a way to split a sum of money with a partner. If the partner accepts the offer, both players are paid accordingly. If the offer is rejected, however, neither player is paid. Some of the offers were considered “fair” (45 percent of the cash), while others were considered “unfair” (18 percent of the cash). But when the players’ serotonin levels were lower than usual they showed increased aggression via negotiated frustration toward the offers they perceived to be unfair. This is an Arousal and Reward Neurochemical response in the body/brain barrier of body mentalist emotional Response.

The findings highlight why some people develop bad mood swing disorders from emotional feelings of frustration. Frustration can cause thoughtful anxiety based chemical imbalances in the Sympathetic harmony with the Parasympathetic nerve. This forms as bad mood swings and aggression via frustration causing Neurochemical imbalances in the facial Cranial nerves. They are Facial Conformity Disorders. It also indicates people who become naturally frustrated and or act impulsively with feelings of frustration when they have not eaten as well. Because the body needs tryptophan to make serotonin, levels of the neurotransmitter naturally fluctuate throughout the day and evening, depending on food intake. Foods such as chocolate, oats, bananas and poultry, especially turkey, are rich in the Neurochemical tryptophan. So when entering an establishment at low times in your food cycle frustration can form Psychosocial placebos that naturally cause you thoughtful distractions of frustration. And so causing you to lose concentration on your conscious cognitive skills of Arousal, Reward giving emotional feelings of frustration instead, as a Neurochemical imbalance of Serotonin. This lack of Serotonin is the cause of lacking Tryptophan in your dietary intake.

“Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, meaning that you have to get it from your dietary intake, which is not so hard to do,” psychiatrist Emil Coccaro says, who is an expert on impulsive aggression and bad mood disorders at the University of Chicago. His study indicates that when someone is given a drink containing amino acids other than tryptophan, the liver then pulls tryptophan from the blood to make the protein with the new amino acid the person was just given. This process causes a drop in blood tryptophan levels to about 10 percent to 20 percent of what they are normally. This then leads to a reduction in the amount of newly made serotonin and, thus, a decrease in serotonin activity. This then causes mental depression, chronic anxiety disorder and bad mood swings disorders from having frustration form as a Facial Conformity Disorder. This latter disorder is where facial muscles naturally contort into a mental health disorder due to Psychosocial Buzzed sounds.

Under normal circumstances, serotonin works in the frontal areas of the brain to inhibit the firing of the amygdala, the almond-shaped structure that controls fear, anger and other emotional responses.

“If there is less serotonin in the frontal brain areas, there will be less inhibition of the amygdala,” says Coccaro. “When the amygdala is stimulated by outside novel and potentially threatening (and frustrating) events, it will become more active, driving the person to act on their impulses.”

People who suffer from chronic mood swings disorders, frustration or impulsiveness caused by low serotonin levels can be treated with a class of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs, which enhance neurotransmission and make more serotonin available to nerve cells in the brain. 5-HTP is a naturally occurring supplement of Griffonia Simplicifolia seeds, but is only available to over 18’s in the U.K without medical advice.

Although Crockett’s study examined low serotonin levels only in healthy people, she says that she is not certain what the results of a similar study would be in people with disorders in which low serotonin levels are implicated, such as depression or obsessive compulsive disorder.

“It’s possible that lowering serotonin would have a similar or perhaps even more extreme effect, since the system is probably more vulnerable in these individuals,” she said in an e-mail. “On the other hand, it’s equally plausible that tryptophan depletion would have a negligible effect since serotonin is already low and lowering it more may not change much in terms of behavioural output.” That is not to say however that experiments into increasing Serotonin should in fact show improvements via the supplement HTP-5 or medical SSRI's.
